Conditions of entry
HRCAV Top Team Trophy Dressage is an offical event and will be run according to HRCAV Rules and Regulations.
Valid membership and performance cards are to be presented to the event secretary's office prior to competing.
Riders must fulfill qualifying requirements as per HRCAV Event 40.7. Proof must be provided prior to riding.
No refunds will be given after the closing date unless a competitor is scrached 30 minutes prior to their advertised starting time and a Vet or Doctor's Certificate is provided within 14 days of the event.
Scrachings made in accordance within HRCAV rule 16 will recieve a refund of entry fee less a $25 administration fee.
Only performance cards or TTT Qualification Logs, or a combination of both, shall be used to verify that qualifying requirements have been satified. No other forms of documentation shall be accepted.
All riders must present for gear check at least 20 minutes prior to your first dressage test. Failure to present will result in elimination.
All competitors must wear approved riding helments and riding boots whilist mounted.
Dogs must be on a lead at all times. Dogs must not be in warm up areas or competiton area at any time.
